The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to interfere in the Rajya Sabha elections for two seats in Gujarat, saying that the notification for the polls has already been issued by the EC. The apex court, however, allowed the Gujarat Congress to file an election petition after the polls to challenge the EC decision for holding separate polls for two seats.
